ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioners alleges harassment at the hands of the respondent police.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) states that the son of the first petitioner is an accused in Crime No.20 of 2020 registered on the file of the second respondent and that it is a case arising under POCSO Act. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) makes it clear that none of the petitioners herein are accused in the case. Only for the purpose of apprehending him, the police have visited the houses of the petitioners herein. 4.I make it clear that while the police will be at liberty to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5510 of 2020 conduct an effective search, the police ought not put the petitioners herein to any kind of harassment, this is because, the petitioners are not figuring as an accused in this case. 5.With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
