The present Revision has been filed to set aside the Order passed in Cr.M.P.No.3494 of 2022 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul dated 28.03.2022.

2. The petitioner is the proposed accused. Even before registration of the First Information Report the petitioner has no say. Based on the direction given by the learned Magistrate under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C, the first respondent registered a case in Crime No.7 of 2022 as against the petitioner herein.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Revision stands dismissed as devoid of merits. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
