by the 2nd respondents vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 106/Forecast/KAA.THU.KA/THILI/UURAGAM/2026 dted 22.02.2026 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission so as to hold a members meeting of his association on any date falling on next week (02.03.2026 - 06.03.2026) nearby to the entrance of the company i.e., Nova Carbons India Private Limited, SIPCOT Industrial Growth Centre, Gangaikondan, Tirunelveli District.
