ORDER
This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 03.02.2016.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions would submit that the second respondent has already conducted petition enquiry and closed and transferred the same to the District Crime Branch, Thanjavur.
4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
