ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.102 of 2016 on the file of the third respondent to any other competent officer.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. investigation is going on in a right direction.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that no further order is necessary. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
