: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to pass an order or direction restraining the fourth respondent from conducting Kangaroo Court by interfering into money disputes and other commercial disputes pending between the petitioner and his business partners and depute another Station House Officer to investigate the said complaint by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2017.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.637 of 2016 was conducted against one Hari Vasakan. Similarly, on the complaint given by one Meenakshi Sundaram against the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted. this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner either on the complaint of Meenakshi Sundaram or on the complaint of Hari Vasakan, unless there is a commission of cognizable offence.
