ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 465 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.153 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.
3. The case of the prosecution is that on giving false promise to get Office Assistant job, the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- from the de-facto complainant and failed to do so and apart from that, the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court, while granting interim anticipatory bail. 4.It is seen that on 14.09.2016, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is indulged in the offence of job racketing.
6. Taking note of the fact that serious offence is said to have been committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and it is a fit case for custodial interrogation. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
