PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the second respondent for not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2023.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the entire amount that was collected by the petitioner, was later transferred and handed over to one Rahmankhan, against him also the petitioner gave a complaint. Inspite of handing over all the documents which are available with the petitioner pertaining the above said transaction in the form of banking, that was not taken not care by the third respondent herein. But they are insisting upon the petitioner to settle the issue.

3. However, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by this petitioner and as well as one Manthiramoorthy, both were enquired in CSR No.292 of 2022 and 669 of 2022 and closed on the basis of understanding that was reached between the parties.

4. In view of the above said development, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
