When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner intends to file an application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the competent civil court. He seeks liberty to file such an application.

2. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of by leaving it open to the petitioner to file an appeal before the competent civil Court. No costs.
