ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu, namely, Pandi, S/o. Ponniah, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that investigation would reveal that the detenu has left abroad after returning.
