ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/accused, prays for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 387 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.101 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 31.03.2016, the petitioner along with the other accused waylaid the de-facto complainant with dire consequences and extorted money from the defacto complainant. Due to that, the de-facto complainant lodged the complaint against the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to previous enmity, the de-facto complaint has lodged the complaint and the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is having two previous cases.
