ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420 and 376 of I.P.C., in Crime No.11 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner herein is alleged to have committed sexual offence against the de-facto complainant. After betrothal but before marriage, the petitioner had physical contact with the de-facto complainant. After satisfying his lust, he has refused to marry. Hence, the complaint.

3.Since the matter has to be probed, by taking the petitioner into custody, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
