ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue new Scheduled Tribe Community Certificate to the petitioner pursuant to the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(MD).No.30495 of 2023, dated 20.12.2023 and by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 22.02.2024 and 01.03.2024, within a stipulated period.

2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the issue relating to the genuineness of the community certificate of the petitioner is pending before the State Level Scrutiny Committee and the Revenue Divisional Officer had already submitted his report to the State Level Scrutiny Committee.

3. In view of the said submission, unless and until the verification is completed and final order is passed by Sate Level Scrutiny Committee, the petitioner is not entitled for computerized community certificate. The request of the petitioner to issue computerized community certificate will be considered by the respondents only after passing final orders by the State Level Scrutiny Committee.

With the above observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
