[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenu, seeking a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to produce the body or person of the petitioner's daughter, namely, Naveena, D/o.Rajendran, aged 20 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. The second respondent police produced the detenu before us. The detenu informs of having married the third respondent herein. The petitioner, who is present in Court, has reconciled himself to such position.

3. Recording the above, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
