Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to reopen the Contempt Petition No.1155 of 2013 in W.P.(MD)No.15965 of 2012 and issue summons to the Contemnor herein and deal with him in accordance with law for their willful and deliberte disobedience and non compliance of the order pssed by this Honourable Court in Cont P (MD)No.1155 of 2013 in W.P.(MD)No.15965 of 2012. Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act to take the above contempt petition on file and issue summons to the contemnors herein and deal with them in accordance with law for their willful and deliberate disobedience and non compliance of the order passed by this Hon ble Court in WP.NO.15965 of 2012 dated 26.02.2013 Prayer in WP(MD). 15965/ 2012 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction in the nature of writ directing the 2nd respondent to issue application to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for education loan and consuquently direct the respondent herein to disburse the educational loan to the petitioner for pursuing her education after receiving the filled up application from the petitioner.

ORDER : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SUDAR MANI, Advocate for the petitioner in SUB A(MD) No.193 of 2014 and respondent in SUB A(MD) No.16 of 2016 and of Mr.A.HAJA MOHIDEEN, Advocate for the Respondent in SUB A(MD) No.193 of 2014 and the petitioner in SUB A(MD) No.16 of 2016, the court made the following order:- Mr.Deepankar Charabarthy, Deputy General Manager, Andhra Bank, Coimbatore, is present in Court today, pursuant to the order dated 17.08.2016. The Deputy General Manager produced a copy of the order dated 17.08.2016, sanctioning a sum of Rs.1,40,000/- as loan to the petitioner's daughter, by name, Miss.S.Santhana Nandhini.

2. The Deputy General Manager submitted that immediately, on execution of documents, loan amount would be disbursed to the student.

3. In view of the order, sanctioning the loan by the bank, as evident by the order, dated 17.08.2016, nothing survives for adjudication in these Sub Applications.

4. The petitioner is directed to approach the bank and execute the documents. The bank is directed to disburse the loan amount immediately, on execution of the documents, as indicated in the order dated 17.08.2016.
