Durgah and Mosque Pallivasal as per the order of the 1st Respondent dated 17.03.2003 passed in Rc.5142/2002/C4/DGL and in consonance with Scheme framed by the Ramnad Sub Court in O.S N. 49 of 1914 dated 29.01.1917 and to pay the benefits to the Beneficiaries / Hugdars for rendering their serivce as defined under Sections 3(A) and 3(7) and 3(29) of the Wakf Act for the periods from 1954 to as on date.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.R.VENKATESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and the Court made the following order:- In view of the endorsement made by the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
