ORDER

This petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent Police to take action on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.01.2026.

2.The allegation is against one Muthukrishnan, who is petitioner's uncle. But, he is working as Sub Inspector of Police. Thereafter, the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 12.01.2026 before the third respondent. Since no action has been taken, the present petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that the respondent Police has not yet received any complaint.

4.Considering the submission made on either side, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh complaint to the second respondent. The second respondent Police is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint and to take appropriate action on merits in accordance with 2/4

law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
