Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to produce the body and person of the petitioner's husband namely Kannan, Son of Subramanian, aged about 32 years and set him at liberty and pass such further or other orders. ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to trace out and produce the detenu by name Kannan, aged 32 years.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented that the detenu has been arrested in connection with Crime No.91 of 2015 Panagudi Police Station registered under Sections 341, 294(b), 387 and 506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently remanded to custody. For the purpose of proving the said contention certified copy of remand order has been submitted, wherein it has been clearly stated that on 07.03.2015, the detenu has been remanded to custody in connection with Crime No.91 of 2015.

3. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous and therefore this Habeas Corpus Petition deserves to be dismissed.
4. In fine, this Habeas Corpus Petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
