Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the entire records relating to the detention of the petitioner's son namely Prabu aged 27 S/o.Masilamani under Act 14 of 1982 vide detention order dated 15/02/2015 made in P.D.No.6/2015 passed by the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the body of the detenu, now confined at Central Prison, Palayamkottai before this Court.
