ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner / A8, who was arrested on 23.02.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 21(c), 27(A) and 29 of NDPS Act, in Crime No.106 of 2013 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that towards framing a rival business party as an offender under NDPS Act, the first accused has caused the deposit of two packets, one of 420 grams and the other of 50 grams at his rival shop and thereafter, the accused informed the same to the Police, pursuant to which, the substance was seized from the rival shop.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that sample of contraband will send to the second test to the Lab only beyond the statutory period of 15 days. He further submitted that already A1 and A2 were enlarged on bail.
5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that investigation is completed and charge has been filed in C.C.No.45 of 2016.

6.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Additional Principal Special Court for EC and NDPS Cases, Madurai, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. sd/- 30/09/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
