ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/accused, prays for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Cr.P.C for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 414 of I.P.C, in Crime No.100 and 101 of 2015 and under Section 392 of I.P.C., in Crime No.62 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner came in a two wheeler and snatched the jewels of the de-facto complainants worth about Rs.1,30,000/-.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and only on the basis of the confession given by A1, he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. Learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is having one previous case.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and also considering the bad antecedent, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
