Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 01.05.2018 within a time stipulation as fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 01.05.2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is running a shop at Sarukuvalayapatti and now the same is being disturbed and the Collector is going to auction the place. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking for a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 01.05.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Government Advocate objected this petition, stating that Government property can be auctioned by the Collector, and the petitioner cannot question the same.

4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

5. This Court is of the view that the prayer sought for by the petitioner is not within the purview of this Court. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
