ORDER

This Criminal original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to monitor the investigation in Crime No.5 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.01.2016.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the respondent will file the final report in this regard as expeditious as possible.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 5 of 2016 within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be,under due intimation of the defacto complainant.
