The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 33 days in filing the second appeal, challenging the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.83 of 2017 dated 07.08.2018 on the file of the Additional District Court (FTC), Palani, reversing the judgment and decree made in O.S.No.

130 of 2011 dated 24.09.2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ottanchathiram.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that they are not having any objections to condone the delay.

4. Considering the reasons assigned and also the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the second appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
