ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court on 29.05.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5527 of 2020 has granted bail to the petitioner on condition to furnish sureties subject to the satisfaction of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli before release.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has requested this Court through E-mail to modify the said conditions since the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli is unable to accept sureties inview of Covid lock down.
3. Considering the said request, the order passed by this Court on 29.05.2020 is suo motu modified:
Para (6) of the order is duly substituted as below: "Accordingly the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing own bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) subject to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CRL OP(MD) No.5527 of 2020 satisfaction of the Superintendent, Central Prison, Tiruchirapalli and on further condition that the petitioner herein shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-with two sureties within 21 days from the date of release to the satisfaction of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli".
4. All other conditions imposed by this Court in the said order shall stand remains.
