ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.141 of 2019 on the file of the fourth respondent to the second respondent or other investigating agency and to complete the investigating.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the investigation has already been completed and nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the property was recovered and the amount was also handed over to him. 2/4
