ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 120(B), 420 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime 1/3

No.29 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the first accused received a sum of Rs.16,50,000/- from the de-facto complainant by giving false promise that he would obtain loan from the private bank and thereafter, he failed to secure the loan and refused to return the said amount. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case and hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the the petitioner along with other accused received a sum of Rs.16,50,000/- from the defacto complainant by giving false promise to secure loan from the private bank and later, cheated the defacto complainant and the investigation is pending. However, he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner is serious in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2/3
