Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to secure the detenu namely Sugitha, Daughter of Deiva Kani, aged 19 years and produce the body of the detenu before this Court and set her at liberty and pass such further or other orders.

1 to 3 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Sugitha, aged 19 years.

2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.

3. The third respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Sethur Outpost Police Station has produced the detenu and she has been identified by the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous and therefore this Habeas Corpus Petition deserves to be dismissed.

5. In fine, this Habeas Corpus Petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
