O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to take further action upon the petitioner's complaint dated 13.02.2025.
2.According to the petitioner, in the name of job racketeering, one Kumar and his family cheated the petitioner and he is the one of the victims and he lost money for arranging job to his daughter. Therefore, he lodged a complaint before the third respondent and the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police have received the petitioner's complaint dated 13.02.2025 and apart from this complaint, two other complaints were lodged by some other victims, 2/5
which are under consideration and the same will be considered and disposed of within a period of fifteen days.
4.Since the prayer is to consider the petitioner's representation and the respondents have admitted the receipt of the petitioner's representation and the same is under enquiry, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of one week and take action in accordance with law.
