ORDER

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner as against the order of suspension issued by the third respondent vide his proceedings dated 24.03.2020.

2. Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Prabhu, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 5 submits that the order of suspension, passed against the petitioner, has been revoked, vide order dated 23.07.2020 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 5, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
