The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the enquiry proceedings in Na.ka.No.1890/2018/A1, dated 03.03.2023, under which the petitioner has sought for transfer of patta and mutation of records in the name of the petitioner.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that despite passage of two years, no progress has been made on the application for transfer of patta and mutation of records made by the petitioner even earlier. 3.Considering the scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, it would suffice to dispose of the writ petition directing the first respondent to conclude the enquiry proceedings pending on his file in Na.ka.No.1890/2018/A1, dated 03.03.2023, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
