The petitioner has filed this petition not to harass in the guise of enquiry at the hands of the third respondent. 2.The third respondent filed a counter affidavit stating that the petitioner had involved in various crimes including the cases of extremism and bomb blast. He is facing trial before the the learned Sixth Additional District Sessions Court, Madurai in S.C.No.26 of 2017. He also involved in Crime No.122 of 2016, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thuckalay Police Station, Kanyakumari District, which culminated into S.C.No.171 of 2019 and it is pending for trial on the file of the learned Principal District Court, Kanyakumari. 3.That apart, as per the Police Standing Orders 147 (b), the persons not convicted, but, believed to be addicted to crime shall be shown as prospects and history sheets shall be opened and therefore, appling the Police Standing orders, the history sheet was opened under the orders passed by the Government authority as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
against the petitioner. Further, the proceedings under Section 110 of Criminal Procedure Code also initiated as against the petitioner and issued a show-cause notice as contempleted under Section 111 of Criminal Procedure Code. Under these circumstances, the petitioner has approached this Court to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner.
4.In view of the above, this criminal original petition is dismissed as devoid of merits.
