This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.928 of 2015, dated 01.12.2015 on the file of the first respondent police and to quash the same as against the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation in Cr.No.928 of 2015 has been completed and the case was closed as mistake of fact on 05.02.2016 and the closure report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manaparai, on 12.02.2016, after service of Referred Charge Sheet notice on the defacto complainant.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
