This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is a senior citizen and also a widow and she has been un-necessarily harassed by the respondent police. 4.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the sons of the petitioner are involved in a criminal case, which is registered for the offence under Section 302 of IPC and only for the enquiry, the petitioner was called and that there is no harassment.

5.In view of the above submission, this petition is closed and the respondent is at liberty to conduct enquiry, but shall not harass the petitioner.
