O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.R.Palanichamy, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell, Dindigul District, is present in Court. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner P.Alagar, S/o.Perumal Madari, has given a complaint to the Superintendent of Police, alleging that the third respondent, who is his namesake, is claiming ownership of the petitioner's land with fake documents. The said complaint has now been forwarded to the Inspector of Police, Anti-Land Grabbing Special Cell, Dindigul, for enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the second respondent is directed to conduct a thorough enquiry, to find out the truth. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the police for enquiry. During enquiry, if it is found that the third respondent has created fabricated documents, it is needless to state that suitable action shall be taken against him. Otherwise, the enquiry shall be closed with a direction to both parties to work out their remedies before the Civil Court.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above direction.
