2.The petitioner herein filed W.P(MD)No.101 of 2022 for directing removal of the encroachment committed by the fourth respondent. Pursuant to the order given by this Court, the encroachment committed by the fourth respondent in the writ petition has since been removed. The encroacher has filed Sub Application(MD)No.167 of 2026. The encroacher has no locus standi in these proceedings. 2/4

3.This Contempt Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Sub Application is dismissed.
