ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested for offences punishable under Sections 302 IPC @ 120(b), 294(b), 342 and 302 IPC in Crime No.174 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to money dispute between the first accused and the deceased, the petitioner along with other accused assaulted the deceased with knife and caused his death.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated on the confession of a co-accused. Other accused in the case have been granted bail. Petitioner has been in custody for over 70 days.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamuthiram, Tirunelveli District, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders. sd/- 14/09/2016 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
