This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.97 of 2020 from the file of the second respondent to any other investigating agency.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that the second respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.97 of 2020 and filed charge-sheet on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Srivilliputhur and the same has also been taken cognizance in S.C.No.68 of 2021 and it is pending for trial. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
