O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.Selvam, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Karaikudi Crime Police Station, is present in Court. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that there are only 13 witnesses cited by the prosecution and the Trial Court has issued summons to L.W.1, L.W.2 and L.W.3 for giving evidence on 09.05.2017. The petitioner is L.W.1.

2. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court to give evidence. The Trial Court is further directed to complete the trial, within a period of eight months from 09.05.2017.
