ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 23.08.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 302, 506(ii) @ 147, 148, 341, 302, 506(ii) r/w Section 120-B IPC in Crime No.570 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity between Somasundaram and Kethan Alagar, Jeyaram, the petitioner along with other accused attacked the deceased with knife and caused death.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that charge sheet has been filed and the petitioner is having one previous case.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly,

the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
