ORDER

These Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). Nos.22480, 22482 and 22871 of 2024 and 308 of 2025, dated 09.01.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respective petitioner(s) submits that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, these petitions are allowed and the condition No.7(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). Nos.22480, 22482 and 22871 of 2024 and 308 of 2025, dated 09.01.2025 is hereby fully relaxed.
