ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 17.08.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 302 @ 120(b), 147, 148, 302 IPC in Crime No.317 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused attacked the deceased and caused his death. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that charge sheet has been filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
