ORDER

This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1934 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD). No.20500 of 2024, dated 19.02.2025.

2. Mr.K.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was directed to appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai on all working days in connection with case in Crime No.26 of 2025 on the file of the respondent - Police. He further submits that in view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1934 of 2025 that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri on all working 1/3

days at 10.00 am and 5.00 pm until further orders, the petitioner is not able to comply with the aforesaid condition and seeks modification of the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1934 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD). No.20500 of 2024, dated 19.02.2025.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Petition.

5. Accordingly, the condition already imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1934 of 2025 in Crl.O.P(MD). No.20500 of 2024, dated 19.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai on all working days at 5.30 pm until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good.

5. To that extent, this petition is allowed.
