Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the conditions imposed in Cr.M.P.No. 413 of 2017 dated 09.02.2017 on the file of the Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Trichy Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.V.RAJASEKARAN Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.V.Rajarajan, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the conditions imposed by the Court below in Cr.M.P.No.413 of 2017.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused persons have misappropriated a huge sum giving false promise to get the Government job to the defacto complainant and other persons.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is arrayed as A4 in this case and he is in judicial custody from 28.12.2016. The petitioner is innocent and he is no way connected in this case.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that so far no amount was recovered from the accused persons.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there is no necessity for modifying the conditions already imposed, since the accused has involved in cheating the gullible employment seekers and no money could be recovered. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
