PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order bearing letter No.1021/Nir.4/2020 dated 13.03.2020 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the respondent to stop the family pension to the second respondent on the ground of remarriage and to disburse the 50% of the terminal benefits of his deceased brother namely Chinnakalai.
