: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the petitioner's applications dated 31.12.2013, 18.05.2015 and 03.11.2015 to upgrade P.S.K.S. Matriculation School at Door No.1-38 & 1-38-A, Athoor Town Panchayat Moovattumugam and Post, Kanyakumari District to Middle School Level.

ORDER

Heard Mr.C.K.M.Appaji, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.By consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up

for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.It is noticed that this writ petition is a second round litigation. The petitioner though has obtained an order in the previous writ petition with a direction to consider the petitioner's representation, the petitioner could not get any relief from the respondents.

4.Having regard to the nature of grievance expressed by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:- "the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's applications dated 31.12.2013, 18.05.2015 and 03.11.2015 to upgrade the petitioner's school, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
