Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records relating to the Detention Order passed by the 2nd respondent in C.No. 07/Detention/C.P.O/T.C.2015 dated 27.02.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the person or body of the Detenu namely Guna @ Gunaseelan @ Mannachanallur Guna S/o. Palaniyandi aged 37 years, now detained at Central Prison, Trichirapalli before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed so as to set aside the detention order passed in C.No. 07/Detention/C.P.O/T.C.2015 dated 27.02.2015 against the detenu by name Guna @ Gunaseelan @ Mannachanallur Guna.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented that the detention order in question has been revoked and to that effect the concerned order has been produced, wherein it has been clearly stated that the detention order passed against the detenu has been quashed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous.
4. In fine, this Habeas Corpus Petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
