O R D E R

This application is filed seeking for a direction, directing the the second respondent to give proper police protection to the petitioner and her family member's life and limb, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 30.06.2018. 2.According to the petitioner, she made a representation dated 30.06.2018 to the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner and her family members. As no order has been passed in the said representation, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition with the aforesaid prayer. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner is pending with the second respondent and the same will be considered in accordance with law.

4.In the light of the above, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court directs the petitioner to give fresh representation to the second respondent along with this order copy, and if any such representation is received, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
