ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to transfer the case in Crime No.305 of 2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other officer and to file a final report within a time frame. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the second respondent requires six months time to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.305 of 2016.

investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.305 of 2016 before the Court concerned within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
