Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the impugned order of the 1st respondent vide his proceedings in Moo.Mu.No. 3143/A4/2020 dated 24.09.2020 and its consequential appointment of 5th respondent made by the 3rd respondent dated 06.02.2021 and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER

This writ petition came to be filed challenging the temporary appointment of the 5th respondent made by the 3rd respondent School on 06.02.2021 in the post of Junior Assistant.

2. However, later on 16.09.2023, she came to be appointed in a permanent vacancy and the same has also regularized, vide proceedings of the 2/4

1st respondent dated 16.09.2023. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same. There shall be no order as to costs.
